Simple answer, you can’t. So why do they not make blockbuster games like Pokémon that people pour their money in? Because they aren’t able to. At this stage due to the timeframe, fund and capacity. They are finding their own ways out as a small company with well implemented strategies that worked and trying to push forward.
They mentioned in one of their report, the fund received enables them to better their games before release because now they have a more comfortable time frame. The market is incredibly competitive, I think they are really smart with current strategy and with more experience and cash flow generated by smart games they will be able to make better games in the future.
You either like it or leave it because you can’t change it. Simple as that.
