Net assets basically mean total equity (TA - TL). So $16m net assets. Excluding intangibles of $70k, still close to $16m.
Also, stocks are traded based on liquidity/free float. Same reason why S&P takes into account free float capacity for ASX indices. Shares in escrow are not counted towards market cap since they are untradeable. Screen shot taken from IRESS.
