I guess key difference with report as at 31/12/20 is it includes the shareholder capital. Point still stands; they can't turn a profit unless they are suckling on the govt's teat.

I rather wait on sidelines and see how this company goes. Gaming companies are only as valuable as the IP they own; what IP does Playside have?

This IPO still feels like owners flipping equity to cash for me. What have they done in the time since listing? No acquisition. No development that was not already in the pipeline. Oh, and licencing a 50 year old movie that never had major merchandising power anyway...
