Linde group are already on board via the BOC MOU, thats public knowledge. I doubt they are interested in a takeover of HeN at this stage of development, nor later as Linde has more a history of partnering with companies when it comes to field discovery and exploitation.

Current feedstock for the helium plant is coming from Bayu Undan which from memory (don't quote me exactly) contains around 0.3% helium concentration in the field, though once transported via the LNG dregs pipeline to the helium facility its around 3% concentration.

Linde are more than well aware of the Amadeus potential and have been in discussion with HeN, and JH for quite some time. I think the negotiations of Helium exploitation are now more in the lap of HeN than CTP.

The plant will be at capacity initially however there is scope for expansion down the track and IMO any revenues from helium will take quite a while to be reflected in CTP's balance sheet.
