However I am quite overwhelmed by the comments arising from expected divvie payments that just maybe I may have to rethink my investment strategy and develop a more positive attitude to everything.

Admittedly much has already been completed and if such sums are assured the company will be in the envious position of not owing one cent to anyone.

Gotta duck over to Lane Cove for a luncheon and will get back to you hopefully later on.
