Wayne also said that:

He expects the JORC resources to eventually be considerably higher than the current official figure.

A figure for reserves is in the process of being calculated but it is not available yet. (Hutch said that, not Wayne).

2,000 tonnes of cobalt would be produced per annum making CDU Australia's largest cobalt producer.

The portion of the Townsville port facility not required by CDU would be leased out to interested parties. Depending on how much space is available the annual revenue from this could be anywhere between $20m. & $60m.pa.

Wayne is looking at the possibility of floating off CDU's infrastructure assets in a separate company for the benefit of shareholders.

Wayne did make the point that these remarks were "off the cuff" & based on present information & he does not want to be held to them in case circumstances change.

He also criticised the Queensland Govt.for the delays in environmental approvals etc. Sandfire obtained all theirs from the WA Govt. in seven months but it takes over two years, & sometimes as long as five years in Queensland.
