Come on... the only director to have gone to Sth America to see that ADY had a mine,ponds and tin shed was Phil.
The other directors have NEVER travelled to Chile nor Argentina. The Chair I recall said words to the effect that that they were conserving expenses. He forgot to check the annual report travel costs which had rocketed.
One would think that seeing ADY is paying Michael Clarke a fortune as CEO of Vallenar Iron that he could report back to base on what resources were available and if contractors can be secured at some future date when they have cash to pay them. Lets face it by not paying Besalco on time for services rendered Vallenar is most likely on a local "credit watch list".
Wonder when John will actually go overseas... before or after the capital raising?
