    AVT I posted on this one some time a go
    I have bought quite a few of these.

    The Mkt. Cap is tiny
    The story seems a good one
    financial backing seems to exist.

    speculative yes

    But very cheap

    Mkt. depth as been improving too.

    there are uncertainties but that is what creates the
    opportunity.
