I am happy to run people over if I see them on their phone crossing the street in front of me when the man is red because they are playing pokemon go and not concentrating, but my young fella is 9 nearly 10. he loves pokemon and collects the cards and has many rare ones, this time last year we would drive and he would be sitting in the back of the car and ask his mum or me if we had any questions on pokemon..
of course we did not, we couldnt care less about pokemon, but it gives us a chance to walk through freo together or kings park and talk about sstuff where we would not just one word answers!!
of course we would not play it if we did not have a child who also enjoyed it.
There is something strangely satisfying though about destroying a pokemon gym that is populated by young kids though
