It’s been very obvious to me for a long time that Derek and Jack are way out of their depth. They did the right thing and set the ship on the right course, but having successful execution is just as important as a successful strategy. They’ve failed on the execution and really need to step aside for the good of the company.
I want to emphasise that this doesn’t all fall on Derek’s shoulders and Jack has as much weight to carry, if not more.The company is by no means a lost cause, just needs these two moved on.
