I look at Jack Hamilton (Chair) and Derek's backgrounds and fail to see how they have the pedigree to run/guide a business like ADO. They are very experienced individuals but that appears to be more in oil, gas, energy....not high tech, life sciences, medical/health etc. The rest of the board appear to have direct/relevant experience as do the management team.
