Yes, imagine how I felt when one stock made up 80% of my portfolio and it plunged 75% while me and my wife were on a overseas holiday using equity from the earlier gains. Cut our holiday short, blew all our savings and I thought I could never come back from it. I told the wife and she was suprisingly understanding. (many women don;t really care as long as there are still savings in the bank)
I have never lost that much again and although it was soul destroying at the time, I couldn't care less about it now.
It'll get better, it might just hurt a bit now.
