    BNB sucker...you are in company if that's any solace. The damge is done. The question you need to ask is this, will they have a future? THAT IS THE QUESTION.

    Regretably you choose to get into a familiar ruse used many times over, trusts, funds arms length recalls, all designed to put a new spin on the reality...

    a) paid too much for the assets
    b ) questionable if fainacial engineering is a value add at all
    c) and on top of paying too much, used as a consequence far too much debt.

    This is a three card trick. I feel for your predicament, but they were always dodgy and I have never touched this scenario...1980's rings strongly in my ears. I regret to tell you and all on this lest, THIS HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE, same outcome. History and repeating guys.
