Just to clarify the last point in my previous post:

• How sometimes, better products don’t win out. E.g. Betamax and VHS.

I realise that may have come out sarcastically - but it was not meant to be. Sometimes better products don't win out for a range of reasons. Poor marketing, crap contracts, pricing structures... and more broadly just poor contract negotiations. These are just some of the reasons why companies with better products don't just become an automatic winner.

There are many companies that had great products, but poor mangement led to them never getting off the ground. I'd be hoping ADO doesn't end up as one of them, but I wouldn't bet all my eggs that it won't.

Also remember what the last notice given for a change in substantial holding released on the 2 May 2011:
- Transocean Securities, a company associated with Mr James Henderson, the former Chairman - had reduced it's overall voting power through the sales of its share by 31.7% from from 7.72% (57.7 million shares)to 5.27% (40.2 million).

On 16 May 2011, a further notice was provided to the market indicating that he had halved his holdings in ADO.
"Anteo Diagnostic’s notes that Transocean Securities, a company associated with Mr. James Henderson, has completed an off market transfer of 11 million shares to a UK-based institutional investor with experience investing
in the healthcare sector."

"Transocean will remain a supportive shareholder in ADO with a holding of 20.42 million shares."

James Henderson was the immediate former chairman. It doesn't really give me a lot of confidence that during last year, he more than halved his holdings before he left the chairmanship. Also, don't forget that holding only 20.42 million shares, he would've had less than 3% at the time he left as chairman. Correct me if I'm wrong, but given that he holds less than 3% and is no longer being a director - he would not have to disclosure if he had sold more shares since then - even if he sold it right down to ZERO.
