There has been a lot of takeover activity in the small/nano cap tech stock space over the past year (WSP the latest).

I've never seen 8CO mentioned as a possible target and I've never really thought of it as such but am I underplaying the potential?

The stock trades on an EV/Sales of around 1.2x so the valuation makes sense for a strategic or financial buyer.

The main arguments against that I can think of are:

    1. The founders willingness to sell at less than 20c given the history of the stock
    2. Maybe the company is too small to be acquired. The other tiny company with interest is $DTC which had a market cap of about $30m before the announcement.

Has anyone else thought about the potential either way?
