I think its great in hindsight... any normal cap raise plumets the price - instiutional placement has to show the buyer SOLID reason why they should invest and COMMIT in the whole lot- they dont sell for 2 cent profit theres a zillion shares on the market they can that with every day and make way more so either they know whats in store from some good facts we may (or may not) be privvy to or it will get run up basically (by them probably lol)

look what happened to PEK went from about 50 cents to 70 on an institutional placement

Id way prefer it this way that to general holders ?? if it opened at 18 would be good actually no real gap to fill
