re: sorry guys farsight, I was going of the person who designed this theory, not doing the work myself.
I check my email this morning from the person... after avoiding suicide last night (joke) and sure enough the mistake was found and what happened last night was always going to happen, it was never going to be down.
So my lesson is to do the work myself.
