To be fair, I don't know anything about this underwriter (KS Capital) so we will see what they do. The usual suspects willing to underwrite a small/micro cap CR are pretty consistent in their behaviour post CR.

HHaving said that, 3.7 million shares at 30c ($1.1m-$1.2m) in a $15m market cap company is quite a slab. With around 1 million free options attached to those shares I would suggest it's a no-brainer for them to drop at least 1 million shares, recoup some cash & reduce their exposure here. They can ride the options for some good coin if the SP takes off.
