The fact is - Previous Exec Director Richard Napier destroyed any value in the stock through his lack of interest and skills (this was a part time job for him - and it showed). New management has the task of rebuilding confidence, and I'm surprised that the new boy Michael Drew hasn't hit the ground running. What it needed is a heavy duty marketing campaign to sell the CTS story - and it's a good one!

Michael Drew appears to be a finance guy. I just hope his marketing ability is up to scratch...
