I hope the SP isn't being manipulated down in order for institutions and sophi's to get an even more discounted placement .

They need to get some financing in place for February in order to secure 100% of the project in South America .

They should be able to find an equity partner in this at a project level , not dilute the whole project out and ruin the register - which always seems to have consequences for cheap takeovers later .
