MOU's are not worth the paper they are written on, until an official agreement is in place MOU's mean absolutely nothing and like past experiences by JRV get broken very easily.
This is a desperate attempt by Duncan to calm share holders. Good luck to you all and I hope it works out as I know people who are tied up in this stock.
With growing uncertainty over the financial markets and base metal prices, quality stocks are not performing well what hope do battlers like JRV have.
3.8c was a very good exit point.
