to blame Forrest for the share price slump is plain dumb and if you attitude is reflective of the share holders base, then it explains the stupid fascination of selling out at this point in time. Management have failed to entice Forrest into partaking in the CR. This was the failure of management as shareholders have no obligation to participate.
