This board has been so quiet for a long time! WTC has not been running up like many other stocks despite its stable earnings and decent growth. They may compare WTC with AFP as the darlings of the ASX but WTC has been left behind for the last 10 months. Obviously, the share price is not cheap but not crazy like many other tech stocks. Perhaps, the dividend makes it feel like not a tech stock? Anyway, I put in my punt today. The volume is so small yet there was a sharp selling period of a few minutes with very low volume! It feels like someone was trying to trigger a wave of selling by taking out some stop-loss orders but the selling did not really happen.
The company will report this Wed. It is likely to show decent numbers as logistics, online order, shipping, ... form the backbone of the covid economy with essential goods as the priority.
