Nick knows a great deal ( but less about technical and developing side of things) that Q. is for Mr T. Nick will direct you to Mr T when he gets back from wherever he is.
In the mean time I heard that the Vic Gov. is very pro APG and does not like ilmeite being put back in the ground.
Onve the APG plant is built APG will want to build another on a site already picked. Between Basin and Ginko near rail lines.
APG will not have to mine its ilmenite to produce its Tio2 as there is so much there being put to ground bt ILU and stockpiled by BMX.
APG will be able to get all the ilmenite it wants cheaper than it could mine it if APG owned a normal course grain deposits.
Some areas of Ginko has overburden of up to 29M. Pretty deep and exy to get out.
APG....so many sticks in the fire.....a even BHP knows they will not fail this time.
