Thanks for the informative reply Tony. In relation to environmental issues, one would hope that the climate to get those through with reasonable timing is better now than in the past - what with Colin Barnett looking to expedite the complex State approvals process.
On island processing would eliminate one extra transport step, and directly shipping ore and concentrate off the island would be fantastic. I'd imagine there would be a few issues around power supply etc to navigate I suppose...
