With all your legal support how come the remuneration report got up at the AGM ? How did they allow the prime beneficiaries of the report to vote as
S & D Ehrenfeld, Cousins, Lane , Mackinnon
Surely that is about half the votes cast for the report and these folks are clearly conflicted and if removed there was a string and clear objection from independant shareholders
