Hi Jpb,

I don't really have a criticms of the executives. It is more of a position/place issue.

The core people in this business have controlled both the Board and the Business. With a lack of independence, at least in my experience, the Board was not able to "direct" the course of the business. e.g. in the whole time I was on the Board, I tried to organize a "retreat/budget" session in the April timeframe each year. There was not enough support for this, so it didn't happen.

I cannot see how Glenn's and my appointment would jeopardise the VFSL2 rollout, because we both support it passionately. I was the product owner for the wireless project, and did most of the project planning. However I have not been involved for a couple of months and don't know the nitty gritty of where we are now.
