I enjoy your comment regarding the company's disclosure of the non-qualified audit report as "buried" in the annual report. I am not sure what you would consider adequate disclosure if the annual report doesn't suffice. Perhaps you prefer the company to take such technical comments from the auditors, which mean nothing in practice, and highlight them to the market in a separate announcement? Is that what you would consider to be adding to shareholder wealth?

Your definition of this was inaccurate and misleading, in any case. You referred to it as a "qualification" when the text that you omitted actually reads, "Without qualifying our opinion..."

As a shareholder, I am comfortable with the company's net assets of $15M.
