Trials have been conducted in Europe, Canada and Australia with recruits numbering in the hundreds. They have been structured on the understanding that VitroGro is a "device" with the expectation that success would lead to the CE mark of approval.
All recruits to trials were people with "hard to heal" wounds - ie unresponsive to conventional treatments.
