yeh because there are no other houses in the world or any other markets.... im pretty sure that SYP has been setting up distributorships all over Europe as well as north america.
i find it quite amusing that people think that the US has completely disappeared. The US has slowed not completely stopped. People in the US will still be building houses - just probably not as many of them!
seller at 47c has gone - clearly an effort to try to push the share price down on an off day to create more panic selling.
what i wasnt to know is what happened to thes private ventures that were sniffing around. surely if they were interested now is the time to buy!
