I mean seriously ask yourself what do the BOD expect it's existing shareholders do? Give them three cheers "hooray" and hi fives for an attempt at this wealth transfer and pay 10-15c more for their share issue (just for the privilege) rather than buy on market?
I mean it wasn't the shareholders en mass who made this decision.. as far as I can tell most of them had no idea it was even being hatched...
So what are we supposed to do?
Do you really think if the advantage had of been flipped the other way to the big end of town they would just say "no probs" we will pay more?...
