^ And If Tropicana was thought to be a "such a steal", why has the market reacted this way with the mark down in the SP?Wouldn't the sophs, brokers and underwriter and all the big end of town clients who had existing shares right now and all the shareholders who "thought it was such a steal" be holding onto their stock for dear life ...thus causing massive price pressure above the offer price on the upside? If Tropicana was "such a steal" why was the offer priced at such a large discount? Wouldn't they have got the deal away flogging it to their sophs and whale clients at a higher SP?
