I have kept an eye on HFA for some time and recall Vivas interest in HFA from the old BLY threads.
Interesting that Delaware have been fairly consistent buyer over the last couple of weeks/months.
I also noticed that Bank of America was a seller? or does this all tie in with andrew a's comment where there is a deal between Delaware and BA.
Finally at what level of ownership is Delaware forced to announce a take over under the corporations act?
