Hi Investorpaul,I think that they are two distinct seperate organisations- Delaware Street Capital v Delaware Investments - as per my previous post Delaware Street Capital is a privately owned Hedge Fund sponsor based in NY.
I would also think that if they were owned by MQ- the substantial shareholder notice would reflect this as MQ being a deemed interest from an associate as per BOA sub notices (with ML who is the relevant holder).
