When I attended the HAP AGM, the chair indicated that they had significantly cut the HFA fee. However, important to remember that LHP will also be charging a fee which is buried in the swap, which is probably unchanged and typically on gross assets, although a lot of the leverage has been unwound.
Either way, agree that the base fees will be materially different this time around as we have seen from the glimpse they gave us of the financials last week. However, I am hopeful that we will see performance fees flowing again, yet mid year at earliest I suspect.
