The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has slammed the structural separation plans announced by Telstra Corporation Ltd, and says that the plan in its current form will not be accepted.
Shares in the telco slumped on the move, slipping 2.93 per cent to $2.98, against a benchmark index rise of 0.53 per cent at 1305 AEST. The shares had traded as high as $3.09.
