The ABC "Insiders" and David Marr are sitting pretty for a conviction and damages if an entrepreneurial middle eastern refugee wants to bring an action under Section 18c of the Racial Discrimination Act.
Today, Mr Marr said all the refugees looked the same and should be micro-chipped to ensure they cannot enter Australia. Ms Triggs and others will tell you that racially based jokes and cartoons are not acceptable under the Act.
