Any remaining doubts about 'artificial pricing'/manipulation of our shares?

Well despite good news which was expected to send the s.p soaring,here we are still at the same levels as pre-announcement.They're not even trying to disguise it,displaying sheer arrogance and contempt for 'regulatory' authorities.Not to mention we retail share holders.
The remedy for this ongoing flouting of market rules rests with those retail shareholders who are sick and tired of being continually robbed of their just rewards for shrew investment decisions by criminal activity.

There are others. But all in all, they make clear market manipulation,ie the creation of 'artificial prices' by conniving entities,is criminal behaviour.Period.

In the New Year I shall be putting a proposal to some activists I've worked with, to examine ways and means of bringing these crims to justice.
It'd be good if others would join us.

This end of the ASX won't be cleaned up until those found guilty of manipulation are sent to jail.It's very clear ASIC or the ASX aren't going to do it.

Maybe a class action against the ASX for not regulating this end of the market might be an option?
