Not natural, but Coopex will stop them dead. Spray around all entrances (1m up walls) and around edges of verandahs. It will leave a faint white residue and will need to be done at start and end of winter. In all my years of living in the Perth hills it is the only real effective treatment I have found for them.

Should be able to get it from hardware or nursery (little blue packet).
