It's not hard to see why the share price boomed in the "early" days - there was hope (speculation) that cardiocel would take off and make big profits. The share price has consistently fallen because the take up hasn't materialised. The vax also didn't live up to expectations. The latest bump seems to be from TAVR possibilities.
