bit hard i reckon for scale backs based on number of shares held.
with shareholdings their is such a disparity between how many shares people hold. its all relative to the individual.
on what basis do they do a scale back, its in the too hard basket so they talk generally but no specifics how it will be scaled back.
actually i dont know what im talking about, just thinking and rambling. sorry.
ill post anyways...
