It has always been my understanding that the AET&D No.1 Non-Voting Shares were worthless as per the article:

While AET&D No.1 owns AET&D No.2, which holds the assets, the former BEPPA holders own options over those assets and would benefit from the net proceeds of their sale as per the AET&D Option Deed Poll.
I am not sure in what conditions the owners of the AET&D No.1 Non-Voting Shares might share in the proceeds of the eventual sale. Maybe our pilot friend knows more than we do.
(Does anybody know how ownership of the shares would be transfered?)
