I chose the price to make it worthwhile for a serious seller to work with me on the process of transferring the unlisted shares. AET&D No 1. probably does get dissolved on the completion of an asset sale, but the timeline is uncertain.

My preference is to do the purchase in as few blocks as possible. My demand is absolutely limited to approx. 60K shs so if I do buy that many shares I have no interest in any more shares for even .001 cents a share.

What I would like to know is if anyone reading these messages has any experience trading unlisted shares and can shed some light on the process. Ideally this could be done as an ordinary deliver-versus-payment transaction even though it's off-exchange. Then there is zero transaction risk for either party.

But if it has to be done through registration transfer or something like that, I guess the funds may need to be escrowed until satisfaction of the registration transfer.
