    It's crazy that ANZ is taking so long, but maybe they could be motivated to do it faster for 50,000 accounts instead of <20,000 last year.

    SWF mentioned that the issue is the group-managed account type, which allows them to retain the interest, but ANZ seem to treat it as an old account type with minimal features.
