    APCL just announced that the Private Placement was concluded at the - IMHO far TOO CHEAP - price level of NOK 2.50 !! No wonder, it was heavily over-subscribed!! Those lucky ones will just sell on for a rapid profit... Poor performance by APCL's management is my view.
