Yes, people are speculating that Cairn is the partner and that the exclusivity agreement is linked to the drilling of Fan South 1 by Cairn and FAR. A success there would most certainly increase interests in the Gambian licences.

There is also speculation that the Senegal parts are already worked out but that we are awaiting the Gambian part of the deal.

However. This is only speculation.
