    I am not sure if anyone has crunched some numbers like I just have but Exceeds net profit of 1.9 million for 2 months viewed over a 12 month period is an outstanding increase in dividends let alone DDR's organic increase.
    No matter how conservative you look at it, it still makes for a bumper increase in Divi's next year. rolleyes.png
