Until the board is totally revamped with a new leader and directors with actual skin in the game, not much will change. Professional investors (real, tangible ones) are done with this lot and need to see new blood before even considering whether to invest.
This needs to happen very quickly in my opinion. Then and only then, we might see some interest in the market and some movement.
