Hmmm. You know what I reckon...
I don't believe that "they" are in control at all.
I think that concept of some faceless nameless organisation known as "smart money" is fundamentally flawed and is about as funny as "chaos" and "control" in get smart...
I think its a simple matter of supply and demand Mitta.
Currently the market is drifting lower because there is more supply than demand..wherever that comes from..smart money, dumb money, mum + dad, uncle fester, barry the painter next door, george the banker whatever..its all the same.
The market is driven by information.
When the market gets the news that it wants that will stimulate demand for this share and then the price will rise.
"They" wont hold it anywhere because "they" dont exist.
And you all know what information the market is after...lets get to production.
Why? Because thats when the valuation principle for this share based on DCF comes into play and the game changes.
If you believe in "smart money" then you are "dumb money" in my opinion..
