Timmo, apart from large instos and capital and capacity to influence, the composite concept (IMO) is also about access to privilaged information.
Have a look at the volume surge in the last 30min session + after market close, on 28 August. It accounted for around 50% of the total volume for the day. The company made its announcement at 5.30pm the same day.
To me this volume episode suggests that players in the composite market know or can find out when LYC will make price sensitive announcements.
